Mitsubishi RVR 2013

The 2013 edition of Mitsubishi RVR compact SUV has made its entry in Canadian dealerships of the Japanese brand.

RVR has quickly become the best selling model of Mitsubishi in Canada.

Although the newcomer has a body quite similar to the previous model, we note that the front and rear sections were redesigned, and they blend more smoothly with the entire vehicle.

Two exterior colors are added to the other: Pearl White and Silver swift.

Inside, the RVR 2013 hosts trimmings and high quality fabrics, including the GT version.

The SUV is available in two and four wheel drive.

Faithful to the four-cylinder engine
Under the hood we find a four-cylinder 2.0-liter that produces 148 horsepower.

A motor coupled to a transmission range:

Manual 5V standard on 2WD
CVT optional on SE 2WD
CVT standard on SE and GT 4WD.
The latter two also have full control with selectable 2WD/4WD modes and Auto/4WD Lock.

Note that the continuously variable transmission (CVT) INVECS III received a new calibration to provide better acceleration, and the multi-link rear suspension ensures a revised handling and improved comfort.

According to the manufacturer, the compact SUV consumes just 6.1 L/100 km.

Cadillac ELR goes into Series

Presented for the first time, the study of Cadillac ELR  years ago. Next year we will ultimately go into series, which was already announced last year. General Motors talks about a planned production start in autumn 2013.
