Audi Q8 vs Mercedes GL Coupe vs BMW X7 - Mercedes, BMW and Audi round their product range upwards and plan in the coming years, the introduction of full-size SUV. 

The beginning, therefore, makes the 2015 Audi Q8 coupe. Mercedes likely to bring in 2016 a coupe version of the big GL-roader and BMW plans a long X7 based on the next X5/X6-Generation for 2018. The coupe-like off-roader should mainly on the world market - attract clients - particularly in the U.S. and in China.

Audi plans to introduce by 2015 a Q8 Coupe, based on the upcoming Q7. Particularly promising is the Ingolstadt of the two V6 engines: the 3.0 TFSI 310 hp, the 3.0 TDI comes to 272 hp. Even more power there is in the two four-liter eight-cylinder with 435 hp (gasoline) and 394 hp (diesel).

Mercedes is planning a coupe version of the GL-roader, the less reminiscent of an SUV than the previously produced GL. For the GL Coupe Mercedes has taken up the plans of a discarded Maybach SUV again. Main feature is the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine, which brings more than 300 hp on the street.

BMW working on an elongate X7, based on the next to come X5/X6-Generation and 2018. With the increased use of aluminum, magnesium and carbon fiber, the weight of the entire X-Series is expected to fall by up to 350 kilograms. Also provided is a power increase to 400 hp whole.
